Terms and Conditions
- Rent must be paid on or before the 5th of every month.
- Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited inside the hostel premises.
- Visitors are not allowed inside rooms without prior permission from the management.
- Residents must maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all common and personal areas.
- Any damage to property must be reported and compensated by the responsible resident.
- Hostel gates will be closed by 10:00 PM for all residents.
- Loud music and parties are not allowed to avoid disturbing other residents.
- ID proof submission is mandatory at the time of admission.
- Subletting or room sharing without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Management reserves the right to terminate stay for policy violations without refund.
